We work on thermal projects and waste recovery using the following technologies:

  • WASTE TO ENERGY

    Energy production through the conversion of non-recyclable waste by incineration, gasification, or plasma, avoiding landfill storage and reducing carbon emissions.

  • PYROLYSISIS

    • Pyrolysis of ELT (End-of-life tires).
    • Pyrolysis of lubricant-based oil.
    • Pyrolysis of plastics.

  • GASIFICATION

    • Gasification of organic wastes and biomass.

  • REFINING

    Processes for the production of energy and new products: waste treatment and sorting plants, landfills, waste to energy or to liquid, pyrolysis, gasification, autoclave, biogasification with or without methanation, biomethane, biomass and bioremediation (larvae). Experience also in eMethanol, PBS and ammonia projects.

  • BIOGAS AND FERTILIZERS

    • Obtaining renewable gas by biodegradation of organic matter.
    • Methane production through the implementation of an up-grading stage.
    • Experience in post-processing of digestate from anaerobic digestion to obtain solid and liquid fertilizers.
  • BIOMASS

    Engineering of renewable heat plants and distribution network and hot water production.

  • THERMAL PLANTS AND STUDIES

    Experience in designing gas and fuel oil plants, participating in combined cycle projects and carrying out the following studies:

    • Analysis and optimization of existing systems.
    • Simulation of Rankine or Brayton type power cycles.
    • Optimization of steam networks.
    • Heat recovery studies.
    • Cogeneration studies.
    • Process analysis in general.
    • Complete process simulation.
    • Mathematical modeling of specific equipment.
    • Process production efficiency studies.
  • BIOREMEDIATION

    Transformation of complex organic waste with insect larvae on an industrial scale.

    In our bioconversion plants, larvae eliminate industrial quantities of waste in short periods of time, without water or chemicals.

    Within 3 to 4 days the organic waste is transformed into:

    • High quality organic fertilizer (Frass).
    • Proteins to be used as animal feed.
    • Oils for second generation biodiesel.
