Nowadays, only 30% of the energy consumed by industry is electric, with the challenge of decarbonizing the remaining 70% of thermal energy.

Electrical decarbonization

  • Self-consumption projects:

  • Electric hybridization projects:

    • Site evaluation (urban planning, environmental).

Thermal decarbonization

  • Replacement of boilers and gas systems with electric systems and biomass boilers.
  • Replacement or blending of natural gas with renewable gases such as biomethane, hydrogen, biogas or syngas.

CO2 capture

  • Carbon footprint study and reduction.
  • Efficient process of CO2 capture and transformation through bioconversion with microalgae:

    • Up to 86% CO2 capture.
    • Up to 92% NOx (nitrogenous) capture.
    • 100% capture of SOx (sulfides).
  • High biomass and oxygen production.
  • Real time monitoring.

Energy Efficiency

  • Optimization of industrial processes:

    • Energy audits according to RD 56/2016.
    • Identification of savings improvements.
    • Implementation of efficient technologies.
  • Monitoring and control (Digital twins).
  • Financing through CAE (Energy Saving Certificate).
